Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Return

A product is eligible for return if:

✔ Damaged upon arrival
✔ Defective or incorrect product
✔ Product not functioning as described

We do not accept returns for:

✘ Used products
✘ Damage caused by the customer
✘ Custom-made or personalized handmade items

3. How to Request a Return

Steps to request a return:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp.
  2. Provide photos or videos as evidence.
  3. If approved, return the item to our warehouse.
  4. Refund will be issued within 3–7 business days after receiving the item.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the mistake is ours → Return shipping is free
  • If the customer changes their mind → Return shipping is paid by the customer

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through:

  • Bank transfer
  • E-wallet
  • The same payment method used during purchase
